Worry stones or Palm Stones are smooth polished gemstones that fit in the palm of your hand, or within your fingers. When you are feeling a little anxious, stressed or worried you can rub them with your thumb or finger to help soothe yourself when you are feeling troubled. Some of these stones have a thumb sized indentation down the center and so are known also as thumb stones, some do not, but all serve their purpose or helping overcome feelings of anxiety.
